*       Training & Back-up: We include three months of free council and hands-on training, in our shop live 
projects. If you require us to help in your country, costs and consulting fees will apply. After the three 
months we charge $2 per minute for council.  Emil agendas are required before any conference call.
*       To Arrive At An Agreement: Over a two week period we-***9 recap our conversations and these 
discussions by email and telephone make up the terms we agree on. You have some homework 
assignments to achieve. We both adjust and agree item by item to arrive at final agreement for signature.
